Berk earned his Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University, focusing on Finance and Accounting, before pursuing his Juris Doctorate at Florida A&M College of Law.

His legal career began at Bodiford Law Group, where he interned and later practiced. He then joined McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox P.A., managing thousands of personal injury cases and securing millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.

Fluent in Spanish, Berk used his language skills to advocate for the Hispanic community, ensuring they received fair and just representation.
