Biography

Collins DelPercio is a native-born, South Floridian.  His diverse background in restaurants (waiter, bartender, management), education (teacher, coordinator, administrator, leader), and legal working environment (as a litigation paralegal) coupled with the cultural and ethnic mixture of growing up in south Florida is what allows him to be such an affective attorney today.

Collins is known for his integrity, honesty, and ability to logically analyze a situation and provide the best course of action.  Collins is well respected in both the legal and education community for his insight, influence, candor, and legal prowess.  As an attorney, Collins has fought against the Goliaths of this world, always protecting his clients, showing them what is right, educating them on the process, and showing staggering success for them—because he cares.

Outside of career, Collins is a very proud father of two beautiful children; he has the amazing support of his beautiful wife Jen, and they love to watch their kids play sports, perform music, and of course, traveling to new places.  If Collins is not in the courtroom, you will find him at one of his children’s events or traveling with his family.
