Attorney Jordon V. Fosky has passionately dedicated his career to representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others, as well as those wrongfully denied or undercompensated by insurance companies.

Recognizing the inherent imbalance of power between individuals, large corporations, and insurance providers, Jordon works tirelessly to restore fairness and advocate for consumers. He fights to correct the injustices faced by innocent victims in all types of personal injury claims, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death cases, and insurance disputes or denials.

Education and Professional Background

Jordon earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Florida, focusing on Political Science.  He continued his studies obtaining a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree from the University of Florida, specializing in International Relations. As law was always his goal, he attained his Juris Doctorate degree at Florida A&M College of Law.

Jordon has always been a Plaintiff attorney representing individuals and homeowners against insurance companies. For the past 11 years, Jordon has focused primarily on litigating cases to either settlement or a trial. Having worked at all stages of the legal field, from intake specialist, investigator, pre-suit attorney to trial attorney, Jordon is well equipped to handle any aspect of your case.

Family Life

Jordon is happily married to Morgan Fosky, a 3^rd grade Elementary teacher, and they have two children, Jack and Ella.  They enjoy the beach, the sun, watching college football, the Florida Gators as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.  Jordon serves as on the financial committee and leadership board at College Park United Methodist.  He also serves as a board member on the Dommerich Beach and Civic Association.  Jordon is also a coach of his sons and daughters flag football team at Winter Park Flag Football and as a baseball coach at Dreamers Academy.
